• Contact and demo requests: name, work email, company, and message content you choose to send us.
• Service usage data: account details, configuration choices, and business data your organization enters into the platform ("Customer Data"). Your organization remains the controller of this data; RZC acts as a processor.
• Technical data: log data, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, used to secure and operate the Service.
• Preferences: your selected interface language, stored locally in your browser.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
• To respond to demo and contact requests.
• To improve and develop the platform, including aggregated and anonymized analytics.

4. Artificial Intelligence

AI features such as RZC AI Lite and the Rhea assistant process the content you provide in order to generate answers and recommendations. We do not use identifiable personal data to train models without a lawful basis; model improvement relies on aggregated and anonymized data only.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Customer Data is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted or returned upon termination, unless otherwise agreed.
